What are we using to film our opening two minutes?

To film our opening two minutes of a horror film, we are using a Go-Pro Hero 4. We feel like this would be the best camera to use as it has a fast process and can also shoot at a high resolution. Along with this the sound is much clearer and efficient compared to what it would be like if we had just used a typical camcorder. With the Go-Pro, the backing sounds aren't as prominent and are partially cut out in comparison to a normal cam corder where it is more difficult to adapt to, for example, the person that is actually speaking as you would be more focused on the wind in the background(for example).

To support this, we will have a tri-pod which is being provided from school. This will be there to provide support for the camera and to assure that we are able to run a smooth shot as well as being able to pan without any shaking or uneasiness of the camera. The main concept is to be able to film precisely, especially when doing a still shot.
